In Nigeria and other developing countries, more people die through road traffic crashes, (RTC), than through all dreaded diseases and violent crimes put together. In our efforts to contain this RTC scourge, Road Crash Victims’ Foundation is propounding the idea and principle of CREATIVE DRIVING. Creative Driving elements do not only include the elements of Defensive Driving, like the knowledge of traffic rules and regulations, behind the wheel procedures, the recognition and avoidance of hazards, etc. Elements of CREATIVE DRIVING also include in scope, the understanding and application of the laws of Nature and Life, and the principles of harmonious co-existence to our daily driving experiences. CREATIVE DRIVING is an appeal to the inner person in each and all, which undoubtedly stirs and constantly keeps prodding at the core of humanity in us until the attitude of creating safety on our roads become embedded in our consciousness.
